Step 1)      We Get In Touch

Step 2)      Vehicle Appraisal

An over the phone appraisal of your vehicle is carried out based on your description of the make and

model specification including options, condition of the vehicle, mileage and service history.

Step 3)      The Offer

 

Based on the appraisal we will make an offer to purchase your vehicle. We believe that our extensive

knowledge and insight of the market enables us to offer you the very best price.

 

Our assessment often includes a premium for additional features of your vehicle. Such as nonstandard

wheels, performance upgrades and body styling.

trade guides used by main dealers to establish an offer price.

Step 4)      Agreement To Purchase

Once a deal has been agreed we will send you a Purchase Invoice, by email or fax. This will document

the agreed vehicle condition on which the offer is based and the offer. We do this prior to collection to

ensure a smooth handover of payment to you on collection.

 

We will purchase your vehicle outright and settle any outstanding finance or lease agreement you may

have.

Step 5)      Collection

Your vehicle will be collected directly from your residence or place of business, at a time convenient for

you. A brief inspection of your vehicle is carried out and the same day payment processed.

 

Once you are happy that the cleared funds have been received we ask you to sign the V5 yellow slip

and release the car to us.
